If YES click Add to Cart, if NO keep looking! *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2015* This is a new product for Amazon and looked to be very promising at this price point. A sub $15 iPad Air/Air 2 tempered glass screen protector with the usual level 9 hardness is a no brainer right? Well for the most part that's true - if only you didn't need to buy extras to get the job done. I bought two of these do protect our two iPads only to find:1) They include the cleaning supplies needed to clean an Iphone 5 NOT an iPad Air. the alchohol prep pad and microfiber cloth are TINY. Forget it and grab some of the Zeiss eyeglass cleaning wipes. (My wife wears glasses - easy enough!). The microfiber cloth actually leaves fabric BEHIND on the screen. Epic FAIL on prep tools included.2) The protector has a protective plastic sheet on ONE side of it. Our first protector had dust on it underneath the protective layer. Tried to get it off with the included sticky tape but just couldn't make it right. The second protector didn't have this problem and applied with ease once I had cleaned the surface with the above method. The sticky tape they include is helpful - and I credit them for at least that.3) This meant I was short a protector and I ordered 3 more to do my wife's and her mother's iPad. Based on my earlier experience I ordered an extra just in case. First protector went on to the Ipad perfectly and gives you everything you want from a protector. The 2nd protector had ZERO adhesive on it. I peeled off the protective layer lined it up and dropped it on only to scratch my head and wonder why it slid off the iPad! FAIL. The third protector applied perfectly.So if you buy enough of them you'll get a great product that is very clear, strong, and easy to apply. I've experienced a 40% DOA rate though which is unacceptable. If you've got to have it right the first time and can't afford to deal with returns and replacements (Amazon is great!) just look past this product.
