Review: Worked Very Well! - We just bought a cabin out in the woods and needed signage four the address and name of the place. I was skeptical of using double sided tape, but it works great, holds the letters in place very well, though I wouldn't even think of using a regular, vice plunge, router. Some reviews I read stated the bushing didn't work well; they've either fixed the issue or it was another product being reviewed as the included bushing works just fine! The trick for me was taking my time and going a bit slower, watching the transition on "M's" and "N's" from vertical to slanted, it's easy to push over/round over the narrow plastic "tips". Had I known how good these would work, I'd have bought the combo set that includes the smaller lettering as well.

**Q: Can you run the letters to make a vertical sign**
A: Technically you could by taping down each letter, but the interlocking design of the kit only works horizontally.  I would say a novice might struggle making a vertical sign, but someone with experience should be fine.  If you want to make repeated vertical signs this probably not a good option due to the increased set up time of taping everything down.

**Q: how many pieces in this set? how many of each letter and number? you would think that this info would be in the description. i dont see it.**
A: There are two of every number and two of the most letters except the rarely used ones.

**Q: This is a dumb question but... i see the "bit size" i need but... i can't find each letter size... Is it 3" height? (English is not my languag, sorry)**
A: There are three kits for 3 size letters: 1 1/2 inch, 2 1/4 inch, and 3/38.  Each kit will need a different size bit. **Q: In the Dewalt line which router would be "best" or "easiest" to use with these templates, the DWP611PK  1 1/4 HP  or the DW618PK  Heavy Duty 2 1/4 HP?**
A: I have the dw618pk.  Awesome results.  I also use a shop vac, keeps the sawdust mess to a minimum.  This template kit works very well with the provided guide bushing on the dealt router base.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, but!

These templates are great for using with a router to make signs. The templates are a good quality and help produce great results provided the user has the skills and the patience. The first thing you want to do when you open the box is find the included brass router bushing. Take bushing directly to the trash can and dump the worthless piece of garbage that was included. Buy a real router bushing that has a proper lip. The included bushing is so shallow that it appears to be designed to cause inexperienced users to damage templates during use, which would then require a new set of templates to be purchased to finish the task at hand. Since Rockler knows what it's doing, I must assume it's intentional. BTW, had the crappy bushing not been included, I would have rated five stars. Cheers,
