Despite I do not print too much in color, but mostly black, I had to replace the magenta toner, because every time I printed something, there was magenta smudges all over the print, regardless if it was a B&W or color print. I took a leap of faith, i did not have any choice, nothing to lose, because all other cartridges I had in my printer were generic and working fine, only magenta was giving me trouble.
