Fda approval is advertising and bragging material. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine product, hope you have a friend without a bad back to put it together for you. *by D***D on May 27, 2021* Love the product, didn’t love that it arrived at my front door in two huge boxes strapped to a pallet unassembled, and I had to lift and assemble it with my very bad back screaming at me the whole time. Easy enough to figure out how to put together, but very hard to get my fingers into the tiny spaces to connect various lines........eventually had to take off chair back, after putting it on, and connect lines first (opposite of instructions) before securing chair back. Also the delivery company showed up with a huge truck that couldn’t make it up my narrow country-driveway, and had to redeliver it. Once assembled it’s better than my old chair. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great chair, smallish fit *by M***A on February 1, 2024* I get decent results from this chair, it has many presets and custom settings using air and mechanical features. It has a heated back function whichnis nice too. I'm 6'2" over 200lbs and the chair is a bit small for me.
