It was delivered super fast and my plumber took about 45 minutes to put it on. Very good quality. The plumber has to use different tape from the white tape that came in box because it was leaking. Just be sure to use better quality tape and you shouldn’t have no problems. Review: Great Customer Service - Easy to install. I installed it about two years ago. The second valve on the unit started to not completely stop the water.. a slow water flow would occur. Only the first valve worked fine. I tried re setting the flange internally , but the drip continued.. I ended up contacting customer support who sent me a new valve and unit. Very promptly. Was able to replace the valve no problem. No issue now. Very pleased. Looks and works as advertised. Tip - it’s apparently best practice to turn down the water pressure a touch to the unit if possible.
