The taste was not as good as common pistachios, like from Trader Joes, or anywhere. They are ok. I had no trouble eating the whole bag.What is unusual about these is how they are all completely covered in a gray skin. All other pistachios I have had, only a small percentage are completely covered. Most are only partly covered, so you get some green color sprinkled around, but not these. But, if you peel the skin away, they are florescent green inside.Dr. Gundry has mentioned that there is something good in the pistachios skins. Pistachio skins were found to have higher phenolic content than the seed (PMID 20388531).
