No one is complaining so I assume it’s doing its job. Oh that stick isn’t a thermometer, it’s measures something invisible in the tank. Fresh RO water is usually around 50-60 when I do water changes without this product, bad news bears. As you can see it’s now at 150, I put a few pumps in last night after a water change.

So RO water is best for tanks but shrimp like more “stuff” in the water and this bottle of cloudy stuff makes the numbers on this little weird stick go up to the range my shrimp supposedly like. No one is complaining so I assume it’s doing its job. Oh that stick isn’t a thermometer, it’s measures something invisible in the tank. Fresh RO water is usually around 50-60 when I do water changes without this product, bad news bears. As you can see it’s now at 150, I put a few pumps in last night after a water change.
