Review: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! - Update**** I was contacted by Jacob, their Customer Service Manager, and he had a replacement sent to me and apologized for the troubles I had. I'm so grateful and excited and looking forward to drinking out of the glass bottle again! Really giving a thumbs up on their customer service and desire to satisfy customers. Their customer service alone deserves 5 stars. :) I have now received it an am very pleased! Thank you! I AM SO DEPRESSED. I loved this this bottle when I got it. I loved the design and drinking out of it. I had it less than 24 hours, and it fell off of a table that was not tall, and it fell on the silicone portion and still busted. I am heartbroken. I spent the money for nothing. I am really sad about it, and now know the silicone is just for gripping and looks. :(
Review: A few have said that it's a nice box and would make a great gift - Well what can I say? I ordered this bottle, it arrived on time but when i opened the box it was in pieces. desertcart refunded me so it's ok. The reason I'm writing this review is to comment on the bottle's box and silicone sleeve. A few have said that it's a nice box and would make a great gift. Well my impression was that yes, it's a box but it reminds me of something I'd find a a dollor plus store. I guess it was the generic labeling and really large made in China sticker on the bottom of the box. It just felt cheap to me. If i wete to gift this bottle, I'd lose the box and wrap the bottle. The silicone sleeve on the other hand is an awesome color and feel. The cork stopper seems well made and durable too! I wish i had the chance to try out the bottle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The color is... meh... ...
*by U***8 on July 6, 2016*

The color is...meh...but perhaps my fault for choosing the gray. Stopper fits well, hard to clean - but most bottles with a smaller mouth are. Have dropped a few times, and BEHOLD! no breaks/cracks.
