Inorganic chemicals are not used in organically grown produce. **Q: Age and shelf life** A: Pressed in October, but most vendors in U.S. still sell last year's stock (pressed Oct 12) until out. So far, all are still selling the old pressing: I've sent inquiries to several. Technically, it still has another year on its shelf life, but at this point it's just typical edible but not perfectly fresh olive oil.
