After informing amazon they approved a replacement and i asked me to return the guitar.Looking at the very high prices of sending a guitar internationally, I discussed with amazon whether they would like me to proceed with sending the guitar or not. The response was that it was OK to just keep/destroy/give away guitar and a replacement would be sent for free without the need to return.I then got another response a few hours later from another customer support member saying that they could not issue a replacement without a return as it was their policy....Then finally another response saying it was OK and not to return the guitar.To me it seems like customer support have no guidelines and cite policy that may or may not actually exist! I had no issue in returning the guitar, I just wanted a simple answer and an honest response.The new guitar arrived in less than 5 days which was great and its is substantially better than the first one, frets have been dressed better , straight neck, the neck joint was set correctly as-well unlike the first guitar, it had a better finish(first guitar had polishing streaks). Ignoring the crack in the heel joint the second guitar was miles ahead of craftsmanship and quality.In conclusion it seems like these guitars will vary in quality or amazon will just send you the worst of the bunch until you complain or ask for a replacement.. ### ⭐ Stay away from this garbage *by A***S on August 19, 2020* The sound is ok but construction is trash. If you will buy it you will go through some pain until deciding to throw it away ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wrong color delivered, awesome guitar *by M***N on March 18, 2016* Guitar was shipped on time and in great condition. The color was actually a very deep dark brown, which is not what I ordered but not a make or break factor and I do love this surprise color.
