Review: Truly shocked.... - So I have been using this product for 3 days now, on my cat’s hotspot. She is healthy and has never had any skin issues. Then one day I noticed she would not leave this spot on her back alone...because of her non-stop licking, it got worse. I tried other salves and she loved the taste so much it made her lick more, further irritating the spot and never getting a chance to heal. I read reviews on this product, and thought it would be my last shot before a trip to the vet. (I would much rather treat it with organic, natural products). After the first treatment, just rubbing in, she would not lick it. It doesn’t have a strong or unpleasant smell at all, but it just wasn’t tasty to her-for the first time ever she left it alone!! I could not believe it. I have never written a review where i think a product is THAT amazing...but I could not resist this time. After three days, the spot looks SO much better, she is definitely less irritated with it, and the hair has started to grow back. Review: Miracle in a jar! - I purchased this skin treatment for my German Shepherd who started to develop serious skin issues last winter. I took her to the vet right away who said it was a hot spot and insisted she needed antibiotics. I won't write a novel here but the short story is that her skin continued to get worse. We went to two other vets. We tried sprays, shampoos, gels, oral anti-itch medications. Nothing helped. On our 3rd visit to the last vet, it was suggested that due to the pain and constant open areas being portals of continued infection, perhaps euthanasia was the kindest option. I was heartbroken. At this point I have spent nearly $1000 at the vets and have had no improvement for my poor Libby. All of these areas of inflamed, scabby, flaking, draining skin were causing her terrible discomfort and she has not slept through the night for a long, long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ you only need to use just a little bit...

What has mostly made me stick with this product is the generous and supportive customer service I have received. When I first started using it for my cat's dermatitis it was really sticky and made quite a mess in her fur, all she wanted to do was clean it off and because her skin issues were under her tail where there isn't a lot of air flow, the excessive moisture was a problem even though her skin needed it. I was frustrated and did need to take her to the vet for antibiotics and steroids...however! when I reached out to the company about my frustration, they were so helpful and generous by honoring their money back guarantee. I learned I was using WAY TOO MUCH of this on my cat when really only a thin layer is necessary. After following their advice and using much less, it isn't sticky in her fur and is helping to heal her skin instead of having to use the ointment the vet wanted me to buy. I feel much better about using this on my cat and in the future am grateful I will have it on hand. I do recommend this and while it wasn't quite the miracle cure I was hoping for, it is a product I feel good about using and will try it again in the future!
