Made for dogs or puppies 6 months of age and older. To use, wet pet's coat thoroughly with water and rub shampoo into coat, ensuring not to get suds into the eyes. Massage from head to tail until coat is completely covered with a foamy lather. Let stand or continue to massage for 5 minutes. Rinse and towel dry. Repeat weekly if necessary.

A: It kills by contact. There’s no preventative in this shampoo. 
Make sure to follow the directions of massaging the suds in for 5 minutes to kill as much as possible.

In order to use this product properly, please make sure your dog is within the correct age and weight requirements. 
Once you place your pooch in the tub, it depends on how much shampoo you use, according to the weight of your dog. Once you have the appropriate amount of shampoo, mix well with water. Please be sure to avoid sensitive areas and then lather up, leave on for 5 minutes, and then thoroughly rinse off.

A: No, no product was spilled in shipping. The shampoo dries out the dogs coat something fierce. I wouldn't buy it again.
