I researched online a bit before making my purchase of a 750W Consew servo motor. Several sewing forums suggested, that to really slow things down, I won't be happy until I also purchase a speed reducer at around $130, (like I'm rolling in the dough after an industrial sewing machine, and a servo motor purchase). I came across a couple of you tube videos that suggested a 45 mm pulley to replace the 75 mm pulley that comes on the servo motor. I opted for this $8 pulley. I've never done a pulley replacement before, but a you tube video and an allen wrench made it do able. Took me less than 5 minutes. I can get my machine to a stitch at a time now. Everything fit perfect, even tho I wasn't even sure what size the spindle on the servo motor was. Cs1000** A: Yes but you need a washer between the motor and pulley as a spacer. I just picked one up at the hardware store and it worked just fine.
