(speaker aimed toward him) this product is supposed to be for the elderly/ hard of hearing, what are the odds their losing their sight as well? Yet, this product was designed with small black buttons on black fabric. My Grandfather can not see the buttons. He has dementia, so he does not remember, that they are there or to feel for them. the last Complaint is the digital audio does not work, tried a couple of devices know to work.The Positive: easy setup, long battery life. and more importantly, the overall audio level has dropped in the room and he can still hear.
