I can tell you that I noticed an IMMEDIATE positive outcome on my right hand middle finger (lol) that has arthritis type symptoms of immobility, swelling, pain due to inflammation. I hadn't been able to move my finger to unscrew anything, to pick things up, to even grip a pen. It hurt very badly! It had been that way for 2 weeks. I tried this and within a short time, (maybe an hour or so?) I noticed I could hold a pen and move it, flex it etc without pain! I was shocked. I also noticed that after I woke the next morning the swelling and pain was back so I had to take it again, and of course, after it kicked in, I was able to move my finger again sure enough. My finger is better, but I keep taking this and I think it is not only relieving the pain to make it mobile without any pain, to actually helping it overall. The extra benefit is that I know this is helping my systematic inflammation in many ways. Going into surgery soon, this is very important to me. Inflammation is bad, and I will be keeping this on hand. I am purchasing a bag now to give some to my aunt, my mother, and my father to try out for their inflammation issues. I am sure they will begin purchasing as well once they try it. The medication they are on for arthritis has horrible side effects and risks. This is a must try. This is my first review on Amazon because it works just that well and the price is really good. I love the packaging too. Glad my Doc directed me to this one or I may not have found it among the options.
