Perfect balance of picking up the vinyl off the paper and not picking it off of the transfer surface. Works well with matte and gloss vinyl, works well with cheap and expensive vinyl. I applied matte vinyl to automotive glass this morning while the sun was coming up and I had to wipe the dew off the glass. Anything above this tack level, that transfer would have been impossible. It has proven to work with all vinyls in all conditions. If you plan on doing anything chrome, this is what you want! This is the perfect tack level for all installations.
