I cannot keep a blanket on my son as he rolls around a lot. This solved my worry on how to keep him warm at night, as it is very thick. There is a zipper guard at the neck/chin area. I've washed it and it's kept its shape well, but hung to dry for fear it will shrink.I bought the large. My son wears size 18 month one-sies and the large is big on him but it's still doable. I fold the sleeves so that his hands can be free, and I simply pull his feet all the way through and let the body suit bunch up around his legs.
