**Q: USA sizes? can't  be**
A: I am 5'8' and weigh 138 lbs.    Medium fit me snuggly but perfectly.   I wish everyone would put their height and weight in comments so that I would know whether to order a small, medium or large.

**Q: what is the fabric made of?  How much cotton, etc?   "Lime regular workout pant," doesn't do it.**
A: No cotton at all. Made of synthetic fabric ( new generation), looks good but I prefer lighter, they are a little bit literally heavy and come out creased after washing (no need to iron, straighten when worn)

**Q: I'm 6'4" and 165lb what size might fit me best?**
A: I bought an xl because all the other yoga pants seemed to run small. I am 5'5 and go between 130 and 140lbs, I definitely could have gone to  a medium or large. Have lots of room a d material is stretchy.

**Q: What % each materials?**
A: 80% Polyester or polyamide with 20% spandex

Fit is great, so comfortable and they look so nice. I used them on a trip as nice dressier pants for dinner/shows. I’m 4’11 and the XXL came to my ankle. No hemming needed!

I'm not sure about the sizing accuracy. I'm 5ft 1in and 107 lbs, and bought the medium based on the reviews, and so glad that I did. The very high waist band is on the tighter side. I folded it over and that kinda works, but the double material feels a bit heavy., and I really don't like tight clothes, so I cut the elastic waist band, as the type of material does not fray (like cotton tshirts), and it feels much more comfortable. if you wore tops tucked in, you would have to tidy up the waist band edge where you cut but I rarely tuck in my tops. I also noticed that the washing care instructions say, hand wash. Too much care, so I'm throwing them in the wash and see what happens. Also, the other concern from other reviewers say its too shiny. It feels shiny, but doesn't look shiny, thank goodness. For the price, they're great pants for every day. Also, IMO, I'm a yogi, don't think they would work for yoga. They're too wide legs, and with upside down poses or leg raises, the pant legs would fall down.
