Needed to be in wooden crate or heavy duty thick box. The grease fitting were broken off due to box falling apart. There were no instructions for install or for manufacturer operational user instructions. I installed unit inside 2017 Ram 3500 with bed. Not just anyone can do this install- you must be good fabricator or pay someone handsomely for the work if they can do it. I added steel to a Reese 4 point 5th wheel frame and also added steel to incorporate the center point gooseneck ball connection so frame is connected to all 5 points in the bed. Overall really needed the manufacturer operational instruction for proper use and adjustment. Not everyone has used or pulled semi 5th wheel rig so average person needs some guidance. I also had to modify the release pull handle due to it wanting to hit the inside fender well.
