It’s not level with the scoring wheel. The triangle center for the circle cutter works great. It makes at smallest about 2 1/2 in circle. Good sturdy tool. I use it almost everyday. So far it still makes good scores. As I only had one small project, I didn't want to spend a lot of money cutting strip glass. However, it worked OK as a cutter, cutter points were sharp and the cutter head could be rotated to other cutting heads. I didn't try to use the circular part. But, The scale is worthless, as I had no real idea what the scale readings represented. Best to accurately measure from the cutting point to the back edge of the slide. Also don't know what they mean by a standard board; could be a 1 X 4???. Anyway, you have to build a slide mechanism to make it work.
