The hanger wouldn't attach so I ended up just laying them down flat. Fortunately they have plastic on one side so no issues with leaking. They seem to be working well. I'm on the second one already but it was pretty damp in my car. I was a little nervous about the scent because I was afraid it would be too strong for such an enclosed environment but it was very light & not overwhelming at all.
