This particular exhaust is ONLY the AXLE BACK, so unless you already have an H-pipe this will not come with everything to install it, you'll need a mid pipe. I order this one and ran into that exact problem and ended up ordering part #CBE-350Z-G35-D-T2 which actually came with everything from the cats back. I have them paired up with ISR 370z test pipes and it actually sounds really good. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this the whole catback exhaust system as described? I see its listed as 26lbs** A: no I ordered this one and i had to return it because it only came as an axle back. (You could tell the damage to the box was caused during shipping due to pieces of tape and cardboard over part of the shipping label.) Had a local muffler shop install. (I highly recommend unless you have a lift, specialty tools, a torch and help.) The covers on the tips are a little thin but, at this price point, I can change them later if I choose.
