The first time, the rose quartz was a natural looking, pinkish-white color. I liked them. The second time I purchased, the stones were definitely dyed pink. The stones looked very artificial. I washed them in water and some of the pink dye came off on a paper towel. The inconsistency from the first order to the second order left me very disappointed.The funny thing is the second order had a large free quartz stone that came with it (maybe to make up for the poor quality).
