Great addition to my phone, made it look great. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Fingerprint reader does not work through the screen protector *by P***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2019* The case looks good, seems durable, and appears a great value - unless you use the fingerprint scanner to unlock your phone and apps. It will not read my fingerprint through the screen protector and registers only as partial prints.I have not tried registering new prints since installing the case, and although I suspect it might work (but obviously have not confirmed), I have no plans to do so. The case already must be removed to utilize moto mods, and I do not want to get into a situation where my prints will only work with the case on because I've rescanned them to work with the (non permanent) screen protector attached to the case.I was willing to have to remove the case to use mods, but not to deal with the rigmarole of a non functioning fingerprint scanner. To be fair, the company made no claim one way or the other about the fingerprint reader on the product page. However, I feel that with the inclusion of an optical fingerprint reader, which is a relatively major feature on the phone, some mention of non compatibility with this accessory is in order.If you don't use or don't care about using your fingerprints to unlock your phone, or that you have to remove the case to use moto mods, it's a great product. Seems well made and durable, and looks good.
