I made myself an oral devise for my sleep disorder that worked well. I need to make a new one but have not had the time to get it done. So ,meanwhile , I was looking for an alternative treatment to stop my mouth breathing. I've been told that it is loud and disruptive. I know that some of our patients even using the oral device have issues with mouth breathing. We recommend simply putting a piece of tape on the lips to hold them together gently thus forcing nose breathing . This is the most efficient way to breath. I searched through ALL the tape options and with the help of reviews discovered this tape brand. I have tried it with and without my oral sleep device .I am surprised to find that the tape works extremely well on it's own. This may not be the case with everyone! I have several occasions coming up to be sharing sleeping arrangements with friends. I believe that this may be my solution for allowing my room company to sleep soundly. LOL! As well as myself.
