Install is super easy, although it only comes with two screws and two dry wall anchors, which IMO it should come with 4 of each. I mounted mine behind my desktop monitor with just two screws into a stud, and even with just two it feels super secure. Granted if it did fail for some reason, the fall is only about 5" or less from my desk so it wouldn't cause serious damage.
