### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Apples a must have for any property ..

Have it in the ground and it is growing ..I will have 16 fruit trees on my property .. The reason for this is that it improves resale value .. Everyone pays more for fruit .. I know they say kitchens, bathrooms and closets for upgrades to affect resale .. Fruit trees affect resale more than all three combined .. Recently, in my area home comps are ~$1.1 million .. A home went for $1.5 million in my area because of a bidding war where 6 bidders bid up the property price from $1.2m to $1.5m .. So, it is important to not that this may not always be the case but for a few thousand dollar investment fruit trees offer a great return even if they don't net $300k ..
