It's got a nice, soft fabric that falls nicely. The design looks good and helps to accentuate physique. I think this would work well as a workout shirt, as it is a poly-cotton blend so it should wick pretty well. Overall, I am very happy with this shirt.My only complaint would be the price. At $17, it is a bit expensive for a random, no-name brand. That didn’t work. It’s too big and baggy for me to wear for anything more than a sleep shirt. The fabric is comfortable and pretty thick so I don’t think I would recommend it during the most humid weather.
