They sent me a new board sock and provided a shipping label to send the defective unit back. I haven’t gone out to use it yet, but it feels and looks like it’s connected more securely than the last. We will see. If I don’t update this post, the new sock hasn’t fallen apart yet. Quality of everything else is good, just the handle of the first one which was the issue. It is kinda important to me personally because I walk pretty far with my board sometimes.Original review:I brought it to the beach once with my 42 inch skimboard and the handle immediately started coming off. I didn’t bring it anywhere else, and it was a short 100 yard walk from the car to the shore where we sat. Can’t believe this is what you get for $45 on Amazon.
