And pretty much anything your out of shape friend cant do like: splits, touching toes, sit ups, etc. I was generally surprised. I was quite skeptical about buying one of these after seeing so many bad reviews. However, i started having difficulty drawing anatomy and was desperate for any help i could get. So, i thought, "Why not? Let's see what's so wrong with it." I was going to be very gentle with it, to make sure it lasted longer. However, when i got it. It was amazing. Durable. Flexable even. It's great. I pose him everywhere in my room. I loved it so much i bought a second one off a different seller with different pieces. However, when receiving the second figure, I finally understood. Buying a body kun is a 50/50 deal. You either get the good quality on your first try or the badly 3d printed kind with overly small hands. All-in-all, from this seller, i would definitely recommend buying. ((Will definitely get another to make sure my statement stands true.)) I have let you all know the pros and cons.
