Easy to install. Some of the apps don't work well for example ITV player. You can't access now tv app on this tv. The Bluetooth is a totally useless function as you cannot control the volume up or down on a connected device so you're stuck with the internal speakers.. Whoever was too lazy to program that functionality needs to be fired... The Netflix and Amazon Prime work extremely well as does the BBC iplayer.
