## Description

HARD PLASTIC BALL - For use as a push and play toy, strong and durable even outdoors. Made from a durable, hard plastic, the material is safe and washable. Purchase the correct size for your dog. The size should NOT fit in the dog's mouth. While not designed to be a chew toy, this ball will exercise your pet like no other! Since 1992, the original Virtually Indestructible Ball, for over 25 years! Made in the USA.

Review: Not indestructible but damn close!!! - The ball is hard plastic! It is the only ball my staff mix has not destroyed. His did ball (same ball jut a different color) survived 4 years of daily abuse. Because it's hard plastic, nicks and scratches result in sharp edges. I use sand paper to smooth the surface so that his mouth doesn't get cut. After 20 minutes of sanding, the surface was good as new. THIS IS HIS FAVORITE TOY. Unfortunately, 4 years of abuse and sanding, the surface got thin and a dent formed. This dent allowed him to get his jaw around the ball, but he couldn't or wouldn't release his jaw. It took me 3 weeks to find this ball again so that I could replace it. I will be ordering several backups. This ball is fantastic.
Review: My dogs longest lasting toy - It is so hard to find a toy that my dog cannot destroy! My mastiff, 130lbs currently. Cannot dominate or destroy this toy. But he sure does try too. He ruins all balls he gets, but not this one. This one he can’t get his mouth over it, so he can’t chew it. He kicks and chases it, it really tires him out. Great quality, very sturdy, great price point. My boy enjoys playing with it and I enjoy not purchasing another toy that’s just going to break in 5 minutes

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What kind of plastic/rubber is it? Soft but durable like a Kong or hard rigid plastic?**
A: it is a hard and durable type., Not soft at all., My dogs, a sheltie and an austrailan shepard do not like it, Just my results here,

**Q: If a dog gets his jaws around it (I have mastiffs) can he crush the ball? I am considering the 10" version.**
A: Our dog loved this ball pushed it around and within 10 min he had punctured it and dented it multiple times. He is an English mastiff of 170lbs. We ordered the 14" . We will be trying g to send it back

**Q: What is this about a plug or weak spot?**
A: We apologize for the confusion on our Virtually Indestructible Ball. There is no weak spot on our ball, I cannot explain that comment. One of our vendors did sell a version of the 10" size Virtually Indestructible Ball which has a hole that contains a threaded plug. The purpose of this plug is so that you can remove the plug and fill the ball with water or stones to make it wobble. The inherent problem of course is that a dog can get his teeth around that hole and chew. However, that vendor no longer sells on Amazon. Rest assured the item you buy today on Amazon will be Virtually Indestructible! Our favorite seller is Oliver's Pet Supplies. Find a link to his Amazon store here:http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=me%3DA1CB8NAA00AH8Y&field-words=virtually+indestructible+ball&rh=%2Ck%3Avirtually+indestructible+ballThank you Doggie Dooley TeamHueter Toledo, Inc.

**Q: I think by reading the other reviews it sounds like this ball is NOT for kicking/playing fetch, is this true?**
A: Depends on the size of your dog and their mouth, and which size ball you purchase. We can kick or throw it and our dog can bring it back. It is not our first choice for fetch, we have other balls we use for that. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bully Breed Proof
*by S***E on June 27, 2015*

If you are looking for a ball that is truly PIT BULL proof. This is the toy. It will be the second one for my Bruno and he has not been able to destroy one yet. The first one was lost in a move and it too me a while to locate another one but now he can be happy again with his favorite toy. This thing is STURDY and you can throw it around (Outside) and your dog will chase and play with it for hours. NEVER kick it though, I have broken toes by kicking this darn thing. If you have a Pit, Boxer, Shepherd, Doberman, etc.. that is pushing 50-70 lbs. and tears through balls of any type including KONG brand toys. Spend the money and get one of these. Look at it this way, you will buy one of these or ALL of the others that your "fur kid" chews through. It will get chew marks all over it but it wont "pop", wont go flat, wont tear, and can not be flattened by the car. Believe me I ran one over with a Mustang and F-150 and neither did it any damage. The only few warnings you need to know are: 1. Don't throw it inside the house, you will break something. 2. Don't kick it, you will break a toe. 3. When your "Fur Kid" finally gets that perfect chew mark in it so they can pick it up and run with it, It becomes a battering ram and your legs are targets because they want you to take it and throw it. They don't know they are killing your legs, they just want to play. If you own the breed that needs this toy, none of the above will shock you or deter you from a purchase. Seeing the happiness in your "Fur Kids" eyes and that waggling bottom is all the reward you will need once you begin to play with them and this ball. You wont know how you lived life without it before hand. 5 Stars!!!! **Update after answering a question:** I discovered these balls when I was on vacation in Vegas. I wandered into the MGM Grand and they have this enclosure with Lions in it and a trainer. Well the Trainer was throwing chunks of meat at the glass by me and the others so a lion could some and like it off and impress the kids. I was not looking at that though. I was looking at the two female lions who were playing with the ball. Once the trainer seen what I was looking at, he went and got the ball and threw it. All four of the lions went after it and the meat was forgotten. The trainer said that at least once a day he is asked about the ball and usually by Bully Breed owners. This was back in 2007. As soon as I returned from Vegas I went out and found two of these balls, the Blue and Red ones for my "Fur Kids" and they were lost for hours in play with them. I seen the post about the pit who got one of these stuck on his teeth and I can see it happening but that is an isolated event. That cant happen regularly. And for those of you who want to let the kids play with this in the house...... DONT..... you will find broken things if you do. I lost a stereo because of the kids playing with one in the house. It is an outside toy and you will quickly see why.
