The water quality is excellent, and we immediately noticed the difference in taste compared to our regular tap water. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product and customer service - Clean water with great taste

Update: After changing a filter recently, contacted Waterdrop Support because I had some strange readings. They responded super fast and helped me work through issues. It turns out I didn't flush the system properly after the filter change. For what it's worth, the TDS (total dissolved solids) reading on the Waterdrop are extremely accurate. The water quality is excellent. Our tap water is good, but the RO water is so much better. I thought the lack of minerals would make it taste "off" but that is not the case. It tastes like pure bottled water without the cost and waste. I bought my system a year ago to install in my remodeled kitchen. It fits perfectly under my sink and has worked perfectly through several scheduled filter changes. Customer service responds within a day and my questions are answered clearly. The filters are not cheap, but factoring in quality, convenience and overall cost, it's a bargain.
