It is a little tricky taking it as required, but I sometimes manage to take another dose in the middle of the day. I can tell it works by the way I feel. A good quality product, worth the money, not just for the energy, but for the good health. It's for more than athletics. As we age, we tend to lose our enzyme supply, and illness can result. I take enzymes for digestion, though this product helps with more systemic digestion. A low enzyme content in older age is looked upon as "normal." A low content during a chronic disease is considered pathological. It's not so much a matter of chronology, but integrity of the body tissues. Tissues depend upon enzymes present to carry on metabolism in every cell of the body. When aging, many have such a low enzyme level that metabolism suffers. I believe this product important enough to be an ongoing supplement for me.
