Review: Held up great for a week in Florida! - You seriously cannot beat this price for all you get. Huge checked bag, perfectly sized carry on & personal item. The toiletries bag is a little weird and honestly it doesn't do anything that the bags you already have don't, but for $100 for all 4 things I'd count it as a free gift. I would've preferred the personal item to have some pockets inside but I can live without them. I found it hard to move on 4 wheels when it was full but that could also be user error. It moved fine on 2 (tilted, pulling it behind me). The expander worked perfectly and the organization inside the hard suitcases was as expected, nothing special. There was a bit of scratching/denting on the checked bag but nothing to damage my things inside, but again, can't beat it for the price. If you're looking for super cheap luggage that still gets the job done fine, this is it.
Review: good investment - I bought these because I originally thought I was going on a trip and I wanted to feel like an adult who had her own luggage instead of using my families. but I never went on that trip. It wasn't until recently that I was able to use this/test it out. I moved to Florida and back to NJ. While the EMPTY bags are super light, when you start putting things in the suitcases, it defeats the purpose of them being lightweight. A couple outfits in the bigger bag put my bag at 40.8lbs. that bag is/was stretched out. I'm worried that it's not going to last as long as I hope it will. BUT, it is scratched up from being tossed, thrown, slid in and out from under beds, its been in basements, and its perfectly fine. It still looks brand new. I love the colors. I love how easy it is to pull. I love the little bags it has for toiletries and the personal items. If you want to feel like your life is together, this is the set for you. but if you plan on moving for 5 months (last minute) this is not 4 you LOL.

A: On the manufacturers website it says they havw changed their warranty. Its a 7 day warranty for refund and a 14 day warranty for meechandise credit.

**Q: Customer my small bag tore this my second time using it**
A: Mine tore my first time using it.

A: It does have an expandable zipper section. Just fyi the main zipper broke the very first time I used it.

I believe in always be fair and honest. Initially I provided a poor review as the order was incomplete (2 of 4 pieces arrived) and damage to one that arrived prior to Christmas. Well, after the review was posted (there was not anyone I could locate to follow up with or I would not have posted the review), a full set arrived within 2 days, it was perfect! I used for a 6 day vacation and it held up fine. No issues. I definitly think it is worth the money. It's hard to rate durability until you have had the itme for awhile but I gave a good rating as it did well on initial trip. So please void my earlier rating.
