I ordered six of these monocular and 5 of the 6 had missing parts and one had a defective malfunctioning part. As I opened each box it was quite obvious each one had been previously opened, re-packaged and returned to Amazon. I had to open all six boxes and then compare parts to see which part was missing and then compare to the pictures on Amazon's site. . In addition, the instruction manual (actually just a slip of paper) contained only a paragraph on how to use the monocular. The instructions were translated from Chinese to English so the wording was quite difficult to understand.There were no instructions on how to assemble or attach the cell phone hardware to the monocular. You have to access Amazon's website where the monocular is advertised and that is where you will see pictures on how to attach the cell phone to the monocular.Contacted vendor through Amazon on August 10 regarding the missing parts and received a reply " I am already fitting this question" whatever that means because I didn't ask a question.
