It was huge on me almost to the floor and sleeve to the backs of my hands. Cover me generously in the front which was a concern of mine so no complaints there. But it is so large by 6'2" 250# husband can wear it and it fits perfectly. So not a total loss. It was a little stiff coming out of the package I liked how it was packaged nicely I watched it twice since I've had it not much shrinkage but it hasn't seemed to soften up much at all. It was looking for light robe I liked the weight of this one unfortunately they do not have many choices in the XL as I am not a foo foo kind of person.
