I read other reviews and this issue seems to be prevalent. How about wrapping them with bubble wrap and in a proper size of shipping box?
Review: Broken cookies - The cookies taste fine but all except one were broken. If I had needed these for an event they would have been completely unusable. I suggest you do a better job of packing and mark it fragile. The bag looked like it had been stepped on. These are expensive and gluten free shortbread is hard to find. If they hadn't tasted so good this would've gotten one star.
