Sellstrom Cepro vinyl welding curtain with snap fasteners. Welding curtains are designed for use in workplaces where bystanders must be protected against the hazardous radiation emitted during welding work. They provide protection against dangerous Blue Light and Ultra Violet (UV) rays. In case of prolonged exposure, these rays can cause actinic conjunctivitis and even cataracts. The curtains also protect the welder against the reflection of the welding light. Cepro curtains give the best possible protection for bystanders in welding areas and meet EN-1958, the highest standard in this field. Cepro welding curtains are self-extinguishing (according to DIN53438 part 2) and therefore withstand welding sparks. They are however not suitable as a welding blanket and do not withstand open fire and intense heat. Welding curtains offer visual protection against dangerous radiation but are not suitable for supervising welding works or as a substitute for welding helmets. A set of 7 steel rings is also provided for hanging the curtain on a 1-inches tube. Packaged in a clear poly bag. Measures 4-feet width by 6-feet height by 14 mil thickness. Transparent green color.

## Features

- Cepro Series curtains offer the best possible protection for bystanders in welding areas and meet EC-1598 the highest standard in this field as well as NF P 92-503 "M1" the combustion classification; non-flammable material
- Each curtain is supplied with sealed eyelets every one foot (12") along the top, and every two feet ( 24") along the bottom
- The curtains also feature 5 snap fasteners down each side for interconnecting two curtains together; allows multiple curtains to be added as required to form one long curtain
- All curtains are transparent which ensures bystanders and supervisors a good overall view of the work area and welder from the outside looking in
- Each curtain is provided with 7 steel suspension rings for quick and easy installation from a 1" tube

    Quality curtain

Quality curtain. More translucent then some of the more expensive ones I've seen. You can see if someone is on the other side of it, but it's hard to tell what they are doing. That doesn't matter for my use.
