They noticed we were not completely satisfied and offered several options to make it right. Im so impressed by their customer service.Revised 4/30 we have used the new toner the company sent as a replacement. I print so much at home. This toner makes that an affordable option. However if you’re looking for quality prints this may not work for you. The toner leaves black spots on some of your prints, usually the first ones of the batch. I’m not looking for high quality printing, just bulk printing, so this works for me. Their customer service is good and I’m completely satisfied with my product. However, since they did offer to “make it right”, they will hound you to revise your review, so that makes it more like a catch 22. I didn’t ask them to send me new product, they just did. Then once they did they’ve asked several times to raise the review to a five star. Which seems incredibly tacky in my opinion and defeats the purpose of having excellent customer service.
