Its my number one go to product when looking for an oil to be able to use safely in my children. The layout is fantastic and it's well organized. More than a reference guide, it gives helpful information such as oils to avoid for children. Some essential oils aren't safe nor recommended for pregnant women, so it goes through all of that as well. They break it down based on who you're using the oils for. Babies, which are referenced as one day old all the way to 2 years old, toddlers and young kids(2-5years old), and then other children 5 and above. It also explains what essential oils are and how to use them. How to benefit from them, how to store them. It really is a must have for all moms of young ones and mothers to be that are essential oils users!
