It appears to be well-made and should be quite useful for a long time. The included dish rack is also a plus when cleaning up after a dinner party with friends. When rolled up, it can easily be put away for future use. For now, I keep it rolled up as shown in the picture - for quick use. I did a lot of research to find the proper size and construction to fit my needs.
