Would recommend trying on at home before going out to the water, and leaving it connected onto kayak for a day or two to make it more pliable. Thought the tube would be too tight around my rib cage, but honestly I wear it over a t-shirt or rash guard/under a PFD and I don't even feel it. Thought the pull tab would be less able to hold onto than a webbing loop. But I've been able to rapidly remove the spray skirt from my boat when I reach and grab the rubber tab. Good quality thick neoprene. Fits true to sizing for both combing and tunnel. I got the smaller size for my ocean type cockpit and am very happy with the fit. I am not sure if the coating around the combing edge will add to the longevity of the skirt or not, but it does make the edge of the skirt easier to grab for putting the skirt around the combing. Nice kayak skirt for the money.
