Rahra means fried on low heat so that all the ingredients become one with the meat and the flavours seep into the meat. Marinated chunks of chicken are cooked in a minced chicken curry. Chicken Rahra is best enjoyed with naan, roti, paratha or rice with a dash of lime and a side of onions.
