            Take Nyasa Upwas Bhajani Mix in a large bowl. Add boiled & grated potatoes, crushed groundnuts, green chilly flakes, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt /to taste. Using a small quantity of water & pure ghee to make a dough of it. Flatten it on a nonstick pan. Release some pure ghee from all the sides. Roast it from both the sides till it turns golden brown. serve hot with curd/coconut chutney.
