It is not, it has 1 button to cycle through the (few) functions. There aren't very many watchface choices.Now for the positives. The strap is super comfortable, and it looks similar to an Apple Watch if that's what you're going for. It's waterproof so you can wear it in the shower. The charging cable magnetically attaches to the watch which is really nice. The size was good for my wrist too.I ended up returning this and buying a Fitbit Versa Lite for about £100. In my opinion it's worth the extra cost for the touchscreen and customisation options, but if you can't afford it, this watch isn't bad for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A Little Disappointed. Does everything advertised, but not accurately. *by R***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 7 August 2019* My blood pressure on my watch showed 126/79 as again 123/64 on my Omron MX3 blood pressure monitor, taken at the same time. However, my heart rate was 71 on my watch against 73 on my Omron. I don't have a problem with the heart rate reading but I wouldn't like to rely on the blood pressure. As regards my sleep quality, I was very surprised to see on the app that, although I have gone to bed at 10.30 last evening, my sleep pattern was bad and that I had only gone to sleep at 6.10 this morning. I had 45 minutes of deep sleep and 40 minutes of light sleep. I can only assume that my steps are accurately recorded I have increased the brightness and it is perfect for indoors but not outside in the sun. However, I didn't purchase the watch for my blood pressure or my sleep quality and, in that respect, I am happy with the purchase. ### ⭐ THIS IS NOT A SMART WATCH - IT IS RUBBISH - NOT UP TO SMART WATCH STANDARDS! *by G***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 11 March 2020* - Highly disappointed is the fact that this strap cannot be changed and as it currently is, will only fit people with VERY narrow wrists.- This watch fails to connect to the APP on the phone. Tried this on 3 different phones and it fails on all three of them.- The biggest issue I have with this watch is the blood pressure monitor/reader. It is a hoax and a scam! Once you enter your blood pressure reading after getting an accurate one from a sphygmomanometer (blood pressure meter) the readings this watch returns thereafter are that of the one we put in. Even after my wife had a heart attack, this device continued to show the same reading we entered when her true blood pressure reading was far lower than that which this watch was displaying!- The walking measurement is a joke! Amazingly you can walk up to 40 feet by just cutting a slice of bread while standing still. This is ridiculous.If I was not away from home and had returned earlier within the 30 day return limit set by Amazon, I would have returned this watch immediately and saved myself the £40 price tag. Now it is just going into the bin!AVOID THIS PRODUCT!
