Quickly responded and was very helpful with questions or concerns, 5 starts to Beach Camera. Sony product is easy and well made. Excellent battery life. Multiple sized ear pieces are nice. Stays securely in ear. Sound quality for music has nice equalizer to adjust to taste. App for controlling, monitoring, and adjusting was very easy to use. Only con is ability to control background noise during phone calls with regards to the person on the other end of the call. I could hear them perfectly, but they heard a large amount of actual ambient noise. Microphone seems to pick up too much above users own voice. I am new to product so it may turn out to be an adjustment via app to fix.
