Review: Great value and works those knots out - I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders. It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction. I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I used this for over an hour in one use and it performed great. It helped reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I’m looking forward to seeing what a week of using this massager will do for me. I have a fancy massage chair but it doesn’t help with my neck. This massager was addressing the knots in my shoulders on the lightest setting. I think I’ll have to work up to the deeper massages. It does require you to lean against something and plug into the wall. I found it comfortable sitting on my couch and leaning back with a cushion under my lower back. I am so impressed. I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders. It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction. I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :)
