Yum. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good granulated sugar substitute *by M***E on May 2, 2020* This is the only brand of Allulose that I've purchased so I can't compare it with other brands, but we've been happy with it. It comes the closest to real sugar that I've found and it doesn't seem to have much impact on blood glucose levels. It measures exactly like sugar so it's convenient when substituting for real sugar in recipes. Allulose seems to have properties that keep baked goods soft so it is great if you are baking soft cookies. It didn't work as well in my nut and seed granola because I was going for a crispy texture, but that was my bad for not reading up on Allulose more first. But it didn't ruin the batch - it just came out with a cookie-like texture.
