Great all around product - ultimately picked these because of the balance of weight and durability and have not been disappointed. Hand stirrups make pushoff much more efficient, and they brake down and stow easily while on the move. Using primarily for trail running. Size guide on LEKI website was accurate - was right on the edge of two sizes and went with the longer length.

Nie mehr ohne Stöcke
Beim ersten Bergläufchen haben sich die Stöcke schon sehr nützlich gemacht. Nie mehr ohne Stöcke... Das System zum Einklappen ist genial und die Leichtigkeit das Stöcke ein Traum für jeden Läufer oder Wanderer mit kleinem Gepäck.

La puntera funciona muy bien en todo tipo de terrenos.El plegado es muy fácil y rápido y la bolsa permite guardarlos dentro de la mochila con rapidez y facilidad cuando no son necesarios.Ideales para rutas en las que en algunos tramos por el tipo de terreno no se puedan utilizar (grimpadas por rocas, escalada....)
